Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to FaceSwap Offline: AI Editor, the iOS app and related hosted pages operated for the FaceSwap Offline product. In this policy, "we", "our", and "us" mean the developer and operator of the App.

Information we do not collect

The App does not provide a separate account system or ask you to create a profile. We do not collect, store on our servers, sell, or share your original photos, videos, replacement face images, face templates, editing projects, or saved results.

We do not build biometric identity databases from your media, and we do not use your media or generated content to train AI models.

Consistent with our current App Store privacy disclosures and privacy manifest, the App currently does not include advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking SDKs, or developer-operated analytics services.

Local data on your device

To make editing faster and more reliable, the App may store imported media copies, temporary processing files, cached previews, face detection metadata, thumbnails, recent replacement faces, editing state, and saved media files locally on your device.

This local data remains on your device unless you choose to export, save, share, or back it up through iOS or another service you control. Deleting the App removes data managed locally by the App, but media already saved to Photos or shared outside the App is managed by you and by the services you use.

Permissions

• Photos and videos: used so you can choose media to edit.
• Add to Photos: used only when you choose to save exported photos or videos.

You can change Photos permissions at any time in the iOS Settings app.

Subscriptions and purchases

Subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple through StoreKit, your Apple ID, and the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card number, Apple ID password, or bank details.

The App may read StoreKit product information and your local verified purchase status so it can show purchase options, restore purchases, and determine which features are available in the App.

Network access and hosted pages

The App may connect to Apple services to facilitate StoreKit subscriptions, purchases, entitlement checks, and App Store functionality. It may also open secure links to our product page, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, or support channel.

Third-party static hosting providers may automatically collect and process standard technical information—including IP addresses, browser types, request timestamps, and error logs—in accordance with their respective infrastructure practices. We do not use these hosted pages to collect, store, or process any of your media or personal content.

Children and minors

The App is not intended for children under 13 or for anyone below the minimum age required by the laws in their location. Do not use the App to create, edit, export, or share media involving minors unless you have all rights, consent, and legal authority required in your location.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights, permissions, and consent needed for any media, faces, likenesses, audio, or other materials you import, edit, export, or share. Do not use the App for deception, harassment, impersonation, fraud, illegal activity, or violations of another person's rights.

Your choices

Because we do not operate user accounts or store your media on our servers, most privacy choices are controlled on your device. You can remove local data managed by the App by deleting projects, clearing exported media you saved, changing iOS permissions, or deleting the App.

If you contact us by email, we will use your email address and message only to respond to your request and maintain necessary support records. We do not use support emails for advertising.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the App evolves, including if we add new features, new data practices, or new support channels. The "Last updated" date above identifies the latest version.
