What the App does

The App is an on-device photo and video editing tool for AI face swaps. The App can detect faces in your media, let you choose replacement faces, and preview edited results.

Output quality may vary depending on source media, lighting, angle, motion, occlusion, device performance, available memory, and available storage.

Features may also be limited by media duration, file format, device capability, system permissions, and other technical constraints. The current App is designed for imported videos up to 3 minutes.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and old enough to use the App under the laws of your location. If you are not legally allowed to agree to these Terms on your own, you may use the App only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

License

Your license to use the App is governed by Apple's Standard EULA. We and our licensors retain all rights in the App, software, interface, models, branding, and related materials.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain any rights you have in the photos, videos, faces, likenesses, audio, and other materials you process with the App. You are solely responsible for your content, your exported results, and how you use or share them.

You must have all rights, permissions, and consent required for any person, face, likeness, media, or other material you import, edit, export, or share.

Prohibited uses

• Do not impersonate, deceive, defame, harass, exploit, threaten, or harm another person.
• Do not create or share non-consensual intimate content, sexually exploitative content, content involving sexualized minors, hateful content, or unlawful content.
• Do not violate privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights.
• Do not create fake evidence, official documents, identity records, medical records, financial records, political misinformation, or other misleading proof.
• Do not falsely present synthetic or edited media as authentic in a context where that could mislead, defraud, or harm others.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, overload, resell, sublicense, abuse, or misuse the App, StoreKit, or related services except where applicable law expressly allows it.

Purchases and subscriptions

Previewing edited results is free. Exporting or saving an edited photo or video requires an active subscription. Subscription products, prices, trials, renewal terms, cancellation, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple through your Apple ID and the App Store.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings or the App Store.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple under App Store policies.
• Restore Purchase is available for eligible purchases associated with your Apple ID.

Local processing and storage

The App is designed to process media locally on your device. Temporary files, cached previews, recent replacement faces, editing state, and saved media files may be stored locally to support editing, preview, and save performance.

You are responsible for managing your device storage, keeping your own backups, and reviewing saved content before sharing it.

No guarantees

The App is provided as an editing tool and may be affected by device performance, system limits, media quality, subscription availability, and third-party services such as Apple services. We do not guarantee that results will be accurate, realistic, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses related to your content, exported media, device storage, subscriptions, reputation, or use of the App.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer protection laws in your location.

Third-party services

The App may rely on Apple services for downloads, StoreKit products, subscriptions, purchase restoration, and App Store functionality. The App and hosted pages may also link to external websites. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may modify, discontinue, or limit App features in future versions where reasonably necessary to protect the App, users, or legal rights, or if we believe these Terms or applicable laws have been violated.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use as the App evolves. Updated versions will be published on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will identify the latest version. Your continued use of the App after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
